Warranty
At a glance
• Coverage: 3-year limited warranty on materials & workmanship.
• Upgrade: Items marked 5-year warranty on the product page are covered for 5 years.
• Remedy: We repair first; if not reasonable, we replace. If neither is possible, we may offer a refund or store credit up to the purchase price.
What’s covered (manufacturing defects)
• Stitching & seams — including handle and strap attachment points.
• Zippers & pulls — e.g., YKK AquaGuard®; sliders; zipper tape separation due to workmanship.
• Metal hardware & PVD finish failures affecting use (rings, buckles, rivets).
• Structural components — base board delamination; internal seams/reinforcements coming apart under normal use.
• Fabric bonding/coating defects not caused by abrasion or chemicals.
What’s not covered
• Normal wear (scuffs, patina, creasing, minor plating wear), cosmetic marks or fading.
• Damage from overloading beyond the product’s limits; accidents; liquids/chemicals/heat; improper cleaning.
• Pet-caused damage (chewing, clawing, soiling) or heavy use.
• Alterations, third-party repairs, or use contrary to instructions.
Our remedy
We will repair whenever reasonable. If a repair isn’t appropriate, we will replace with the same or a comparable model. If neither is possible, we may offer a refund. Approved warranty claims include complimentary U.S. ground shipping for the service shipment.
Coverage begins on the date of delivery and remedies are provided at our reasonable discretion.
How to make a claim
1. Email support@ashbera.com with your order number and a short description.
2. Attach clear photos or a brief video (overall view + close-ups).
3. We’ll confirm eligibility and issue an RMA with service instructions.
Service notes
• Items must be clean before service; we cannot process soiled goods.
• Proof of purchase is required (original purchaser or gift recipient).
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs may void coverage.
