  • Coverage: 3-Year Limited Warranty on defects in materials & workmanship.
  • Founders Upgrade: Founders Edition carriers (AB-001–AB-050) include a Limited Lifetime Warranty — Seams (USA) for the original owner, with registration within 30 days of delivery.
  • Remedy: We repair first; if not reasonable, we replace. If neither is possible, we may refund or issue store credit (up to the purchase price).
  • Service shipping: Approved warranty service includes complimentary U.S. ground return shipping. Outside the U.S., customers cover shipping/duties/taxes.

Founders Edition — Limited Lifetime Warranty (Seams, USA)

What’s covered: defects in stitching/seams, including handle/strap attachment points, for the usable life of the product under normal use.

Eligibility: Founders Edition units only (AB-001–AB-050), purchased on ashbera.com by the original owner; registration required within 30 days; service territory USA only at launch.

Standard Warranty — 3 Years (all other items)

What’s covered (manufacturing defects)

  • Stitching & seams;
  • Zippers & pulls (e.g., YKK AquaGuard®): slider failure, zipper-tape separation due to workmanship;
  • Metal hardware & PVD finish failures affecting use (rings, buckles, rivets);
  • Structural components (base-board delamination; internal seams/reinforcements coming apart under normal use);
  • Fabric bonding/coating defects not caused by abrasion or chemicals.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear (scuffs, patina, creasing, minor plating wear), cosmetic marks/fading;
  • Overloading beyond limits; accidents, liquids/chemicals/heat, improper cleaning;
  • Pet damage (chewing, clawing, soiling); loss/theft;
  • Alterations, third-party repairs, or use contrary to instructions;
  • For Founders seam claims: non-seam components unless a seam defect is the direct cause.

Our remedy & shipping

We repair whenever reasonable; otherwise replace with the same or a comparable model. If neither is possible, we may refund or issue store credit (up to the purchase price). For approved claims, U.S. service return shipping is complimentary; international customers cover shipping/duties/taxes. Coverage starts on the delivery date.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@ashbera.com with your order number and a short description.
  2. Attach clear photos or a brief video (overall view + close-ups).
  3. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days and issue an RMA with service instructions.

Items must be clean before service. Typical turnaround: 10–15 business days once received. This is a limited warranty; rights may vary by jurisdiction. The latest version of this page governs.
