I. Authority & Access

Access to Ashbera is governed by an allocation system. By submitting a deposit, you formally enter the process and acknowledge these conditions in full. The House reserves the right to confirm or decline any request at its discretion.

II. Financial Protocol

All financial commitments are processed securely in USD. An initial deposit of $1000 is required to submit your request. This deposit is fully releasable upon request until production commences at the Baikal atelier. Once the physical cut of the material begins, the financial commitment is irrevocable. The balance of $1000 will be arranged via direct correspondence prior to final assembly. No automatic charge will occur.

III. Dispatch

Edition I is not dispatched via standard commercial couriers. Transit is secured exclusively by Ferrari Group, operating under fine-art and high-value logistics protocols. The carrier is sealed and transferred without public handling until delivery. Edition I ships within the United States only.

IV. Integrated Policies

The execution of allocations is strictly bound by our operational protocols. The Secure Transfer Protocol and the Returns & Allocations Protocol form an integral part of these Conditions of Access.

V. Intellectual Property

The structural engineering, design, branding, and the Founder Key system remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ashbera. Securing an allocation grants physical ownership of the piece, but confers no rights to reproduce, distribute, or leverage the intellectual assets of the House.

VI. Jurisdiction & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Maison's liability is strictly limited to the value of the allocation. These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from an allocation shall be resolved exclusively in its competent jurisdictions.
