Terms of service
I. Standing
Ashbera does not sell. It allocates. Standing within the House is extended through introduction — never through demand, never through inquiry. The House confirms or declines without obligation to explain either.
II. Commitment
An allocation is settled in a single transfer. Before the atelier begins its work, it may be withdrawn. Once it begins, the piece exists for one person, and the matter is closed.
III. Transfer
Nothing Ashbera makes is shipped. It is transferred — privately, by Ferrari Groupe, within the United States.
IV. Permanence
Nothing is returned. Nothing is exchanged. What the House builds, the House maintains — without limit of time, against nothing but the Founder Key.
V. What Remains the House's
The engineering, the name, the Founder Key system — these belong to Ashbera alone. An allocation grants a piece. Nothing of the House itself changes hands.
VI. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the House's liability is limited to the value of the allocation. Disputes are resolved in its competent jurisdiction.
