Shipping policy
I. Transfer
Ashbera does not use commercial couriers or postal networks. Every transfer is executed exclusively by Ferrari Groupe, under fine-art and high-value asset protocols.
II. Discretion
Delivery is arranged privately, to the residence or aircraft the member designates. No directory of addresses is held beyond the instruction required for a single transfer.
III. Restoration Transit
Should a piece require attention at the atelier, its collection and return follow the member, not a fixed schedule. Where it is received and where it is returned may differ — the arrangement adapts; the member does not.
IV. Liability
The member bears no risk in transit. Loss or damage during transfer is addressed directly by the House, without claims, forms, or correspondence required from the member.
