By requesting access to the Registry or securing an allocation, you entrust us with your details. This protocol outlines how that trust is managed.

To execute our services flawlessly, the House processes specific points of data. This includes your direct contact coordinates, the address designated for secure transfer, and your financial identifiers required for deposit holds and final balances.

We also archive your acquisition history—including the specific Founder Key allocated to you—to honor our lifetime pledge regarding the structural maintenance of your piece.

III. Infrastructure & Processors

The digital infrastructure of the Maison is supported by Shopify Inc., which provides the encrypted architecture required to process your requests securely. Your financial transactions are routed through institutional payment gateways under strict compliance standards.

Furthermore, your physical coordinates are shared exclusively with our secure logistics partner (e.g., Ferrari Group) solely for the purpose of executing the white-glove transfer of your allocation. Your data is never monetized.

IV. Client Rights & Access

As a client of the House, you retain absolute authority over your archival footprint. You may request the review, correction, or complete erasure of your data from our Registry at any time. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw from direct correspondence, you must formally notify the concierge desk.
