  • Regions: United States only (no international shipping at this time).
  • Cost: Complimentary US shipping on all orders.
  • Delivery window: Confirmed before you place your order.
  • Tracking: Provided by email when your order ships.
  • Signature: Signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri). We will email tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves the studio/warehouse.

Methods & timing

Typical U.S. ground transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch (carrier-dependent). Expedited options may appear at checkout where available.

Address changes

If you need to update your address, contact us before shipment. We cannot redirect parcels once handed to the carrier.

Pre-orders & Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not require payment. For pre-orders, we will confirm the estimated shipping window before checkout and email updates as we approach dispatch.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International regions will be announced when available.

Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (outer box + product) so we can assist immediately.
