Shipping
United States only (launch phase). Available delivery options and pricing are shown at checkout.
Tracking is issued as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Address changes may be possible before dispatch, but cannot be guaranteed once the carrier has the parcel.
If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos of the outer box and item so we can assist immediately.
Returns
You may request a return within 45 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the item is in original condition.
- Unused, undamaged, and complete (dust bag + original packaging + accessories)
- Hygiene (carriers): indoor try-on only using a clean liner/towel
- No hair, odors, stains, scratches, or signs of pet use
RMA required. Start your request via Contact & Help. Parcels sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your card/bank issuer.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered depending on inventory and launch phase. We’ll confirm the best option when you contact us.
Pre-orders & Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is complimentary. If pre-orders are offered, the estimated shipping window and terms are displayed before checkout. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.
Exclusions
Gift cards, items marked Final Sale (if applicable), used items, and items showing pet use or damage are not eligible for return.
Ashbera sells directly via ashbera.com. Policies may be refined as operations mature.
