Refund policy

I. Acquisition & Allocations

Access to Ashbera pieces is governed by an allocation system. Securing an allocation requires an initial deposit of $1000. This deposit is fully releasable upon request until production commences at the Baikal atelier.

Once physical production begins, the allocation is final. Due to the bespoke nature of the manufacturing process, no withdrawal can be honored once the cut is made. The balance of $1000 will be arranged via direct correspondence prior to final assembly. No automatic charge will occur.

II. The Maison's Pledge

The Maison restores its own architecture. Any physical trauma to the carrier — one year after delivery or ten — can be evaluated and restored at the Baikal atelier. As every Founder Edition is produced specifically for its holder, the House does not accept standard commercial returns or exchanges.

The Founder Key accompanying your piece serves as your lifetime identifier to initiate this protocol. No proof of purchase is required beyond the Key itself. No form. No intermediary.

III. Dispatch

Edition I is not dispatched via standard commercial couriers. Transit is secured exclusively by Ferrari Group, operating under fine-art and high-value logistics protocols. The carrier is sealed and transferred without public handling until delivery. Edition I ships within the United States only.

IV. Confidentiality

Information submitted at allocation is maintained under strict confidentiality. Ashbera does not share or disclose client data. Your correspondence and allocation history remain solely within the internal archives of the House.
